Another wildcard entry from our team. XIAOSHAN seem to be new on the block. They’ve appeared in the budget category for many different types of bikes recently. If budget is really tight and you can’t consider one of our more expensive lists of mountain bikes then this is definitely a bike worth considering. With disc brakes and front suspension it’s got potential when going off road. It also has an aluminium frame so comes in at a relatively lightweight 16kgs.
